Under no circumstances shall Financial Frontline be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or its materials.
Financial Frontline does not share personally identifiable information with vendors or other agents, companies or services. Information is used only to enhance user experience with Financial Frontline; it is not sold, rented, loaned or transferred to any unrelated third parties. Although aggregated statistics about site usage are prepared to better serve the customer base, no identifiable information is tracked in these statistical reports. However, Financial Frontline is obligated to provide certain reportable information to the appropriate military authority for discussions concerning safety or the safety of others. What Information Is Used
If the user does nothing but browse through the Financial Frontline site, read pages or download information, the site will gather and store certain information about the visit automatically. The Financial Frontline website collects the following information to review and improve user experiences.
Personally identifiable information is not collected by the Financial Frontline website. By using this website, the user consents to the processing of data by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
How We Respond to “Do not Track Signals”
Financial Frontline does not track visitors over time and across third party websites and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of browsing activities when they serve content, which enables them to tailor what they present to the user. If visiting such sites, the user’s internet browser allows the user to set the DNT signal so that third parties are aware the user does not want to be tracked. Third parties cannot collect any personally identifiable information from Financial Frontline’s website unless it is provided directly.
