The appearance of external links on this site does not constitute Financial Frontline’s responsibility or endorsement of the external sites or the information, products or services contained in these sites. The provided links are for convenience of the user and as information only. When linking to another site, the user is no longer on the Financial Frontline website and is subject to the privacy policy of the new site.  Financial Frontline does not guarantee that outside websites comply with Section 508 (Accessibility Requirements) of the Rehabilitation Act.


Financial Frontline shall have the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove terms of this agreement or the site at any time. Changes shall be effective immediately, and any subsequent use of the site shall constitute acceptance of the terms.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Financial Frontline be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including but not limited to loss of data or lost profits, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or its materials.

Protection of Rights

Financial Frontline does not share personally identifiable information with vendors or other agents, companies or services. Information is used only to enhance user experience with Financial Frontline; it is not sold, rented, loaned or transferred to any unrelated third parties. Although aggregated statistics about site usage are prepared to better serve the customer base, no identifiable information is tracked in these statistical reports. However, Financial Frontline is obligated to provide certain reportable information to the appropriate military authority for discussions concerning safety or the safety of others. Financial Frontline will also notify the proper state agencies in these instances.

Users should be aware that employer-provided equipment, email services, or use employer access to the Internet, monitoring software may be used at any time and no rights to privacy will be afforded. Employers may use monitoring software from time to time to log all accesses to the Internet and report such activity to management. Employers may also monitor all email messages using employer equipment or an employer network for access or transmission of data.

Accessibility Guidelines

The Army is committed to making electronic and information technologies accessible to individuals with disabilities.  Financial Frontline content is in accordance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.  

What Information Is Used

If the user does nothing but browse through the Financial Frontline site, read pages or download information, the site will gather and store certain information about the visit automatically. The Financial Frontline website collects the following information to review and improve user experiences.

  • The Internet domain (e.g., .com, .net, etc.) and IP address (a number automatically assigned to the computer whenever the user is surfing the Web) from which the user access’s the Financial Frontline website.
  • The type of browser and operating system used to access the site.
  • The date and time the user accesses the site.
  • The pages the user visits.
  • If the user linked to the Financial Frontline website from another website, the address of the original website.

Personally identifiable information is not collected by the Financial Frontline website. By using this website, the user consents to the processing of data by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

How We Respond to “Do not Track Signals” 

Financial Frontline does not track visitors over time and across third party websites and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.  However, some third party sites do keep track of browsing activities when they serve content, which enables them to tailor what they present to the user.  If visiting such sites, the user’s internet browser allows the user to set the DNT signal so that third parties are aware the user does not want to be tracked. Third parties cannot collect any personally identifiable information from Financial Frontline’s website unless it is provided directly.

Any material changes to the Privacy Statement will be posted on this website. These changes will not apply to disputes that arise prior to the effective date of the change. The effective date of this Privacy Statement is December 10, 2019.
